We use xAI (Grok) as our primary AI provider to generate analysis from the extracted text of your lease. We do not send payment details to the AI provider. We do not use your lease documents to train our models. Our AI providers may process and retain data for limited periods according to their policies.

We retain extracted text and generated analysis results so you can retrieve your report and unlock paid content. If you would like your data deleted, contact us and include your report link or the email used at checkout.
